Why sometimes you cannot disable Container Insights

Container Insights for ECS offers comprehensive logging for containers, although this can become expensive with a high number of containers in use.
It is possible to deactivate container insights through the AWS ECS Console or the CLI, but they may automatically turn back on after some time.
If deactivating Container Insights on the ECS cluster is challenging (or if it reactivates):
This may occur if AWS Application Insights is enabled for the ECS cluster. Upon removal of the ECS component from Application Insights, disabling Container Insights on the ECS Cluster can be achieved, resulting in notable reductions in CloudWatch costs.
